Delivered by SBK Healthcare, this exclusive four-part live webinar programme focuses on building trust, psychological safety, managing difficult conversations, addressing conflict constructively and leading effective collaborative meetings.
Originally designed with GPs and clinicians in mind, remaining places are now being opened to the wider cancer workforce.
These interactive sessions provide practical skills and communication frameworks that can be applied across multidisciplinary cancer teams, helping to strengthen collaborative working and ultimately improve patient care.
